The whole buying process can be done off-line or via the Internet. When you run the wrapped software you will see the following dialogue box:
To purchase the software click on the Buy It button. This will automatically start the Softwrap Purchase Wizard. The first screen of the Wizard tells you the name of the software - Activity and Authentication Analyzer you are about to purchase. Remember to have your credit card details handy as these will be needed to complete the purchase. Please note that the software is only licensed for the computer you are buying it on. You are now faced with four choices from a drop-down list as well as a choice of purchasing via internet or a 24/7 toll-free helpdesk. These four choices include Purchase Single License, Purchase Multiple Licenses, Activate Multi-user License and Re-installation of License.
The price of Activity and Authentication Analyzer for Single License is 14.95 US$
On the next screen you will be required to fill in your title, name and surname.
You must also fill in the name of the license holder. This is the name of the person who actually holds the license for the software you are about to purchase. If you ever have to contact the Softwrap™ Helpdesk in the future, you will need to give this license code and the software title. Softwrap has strict privacy policy, ensuring your details will only be given to the Author of the sofware (AAAnalyzer). For further details view the SoftWrap confidentiality clauses. You will also be required to insert personal details for correct processing of purchase and referencing if any queries arise in the future. Please ensure that all these details are correct, as it may be necessary to contact you. It is essential that you include your international dialing codes when entering your phone number. For example, if you live in the UK you will need to put in your phone number as +44 (0) 207 xxxxxxx. Next, you must fill in your credit card details.
Please make sure that you copy all the information off the credit card correctly. The 'Name on the Credit Card' field refers to the name of the card holder as shown on the card. The Issuer field refers to the bank or other organization that issued the card. Click 'Finish' once you have filled in all the required details. Please note, you will still have a chance to cancel the purchase after clicking the 'Finish' button. The system will now connect to the Internet (if you are not already online) and connect to the Softwrap™ server.
Once you have connected to the Softwrap Server you will show you the following dialogue box.
At this point you are given the chance to confirm your purchase. If you want to go ahead with the purchase, click in the white box and then click 'Purchase'. The Softwrap™ Software will automatically complete the software purchase. Please note, once you have checked the purchase box AND clicked on the 'Purchase' button you will NOT be able to cancel your purchase. If for some reason the transaction is not completed, it is automatically resumed once you try to run the software again. Should anything go wrong a message will be displayed explaining the problem (e.g. Credit Card Declined).
Once the purchase has been successfully completed, a Success screen will be shown as below.
If you would rather give your credit card details over the phone, it is possible to make a phone purchase. Having chosen the phone purchase option by clicking on the large telephone icon and selecting next, you will be presented with a screen similar to the one below requesting your title, name, surname and license holder. Listed as well are all the appropriate 24/7 toll-free numbers.
The following screen lists various codes you will need to give the Softwrap Helpdesk to help unlock your purchase.
When you speak to the Softwrap™ Helpdesk team you will also need to give them your licensee and credit card details. You will need to read out all three sets of codes from the screen as they are displayed. The Helpdesk operator will ask you to quote the MAIN SEQUENCE, SECONDARY SEQUENCE and THIRD SEQUENCE numbers. When you have done this, the Helpdesk team will give you a new code in return. Enter this code in the white area at the bottom of the screen. Click Finish once you have entered the code. This will activate the software. After you have completed a purchase you will immediately be able to run the software.
After purchasing a license, you will be sent an email with the License Holder’s name and a reference number. In order to re-activate applications, you will need to insert this information into the appropriate boxes below. After re-activation, the initial application that was installed and unlocked will then become locked if on a different machine.
The system will now connect to the Internet (if you are not already online) and connect to the Softwrap™ server.
Should anything go wrong a message will be displayed explaining the problem.
Once the purchase has been successfully completed, a Success screen will be shown as below.
